Thai Temple Nollamara
20 Nanson Way, Nollamara WA 6061
Sunday mornings after the gathering at the Nollamarra Temple, there are a regular group of Thai people offering traditional foods they have prepared for sale. You can also occasionally find some of the harder to find vegetables like the small eggplant used in Thom yum. The gathering is usually held in the hall beside the Temple with the local (and Thai) monks leading a short session of chanting in the Buddhist tradition. Depending on the time of year the offering of food to the monks will happen inside the hall or in the park outside. It is in the park that you will find those selling the Thai food etc.
